Fees
Counselling
I offer a free 15 minute call in the first instance so that I can understand a little about what brings you to counselling and answer any questions you might have.
Individual Counselling £60 per 50 minute session
Couples Counselling £80 per 50 minute session or £120 per 80 minute session.
Many couples find that a 50 minute session is enough, but I offer 80 minute sessions by arrangement and when required.
Coaching
I offer a free 30 minute ‘discovery call’ in the first instance so that I can understand what you would like to get out of the coaching process and your initial aims and objectives.
Private coaching sessions £100 per hour (sessions usually between 1 and 2 hours).
Corporate coaching sessions – fees are negotiated and dependent on duration, number of people accessing support and specific project details. Please make contact to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
When we make an appointment to meet, I keep that time in my diary free for our session and am therefore unable to give this time to anyone else. This means that I need to charge for all sessions that we have agreed to have and that are in my diary as it is rarely possible for me to use cancelled time to see other clients at short notice. Where you have notified me of holidays in advance, there will be no charge as I will not have scheduled these sessions.
I do understand that life occasionally gets in the way of scheduled appointments and I am willing to try to rearrange a missed session with a ‘make up’ session – within the same week. I can usually accommodate this, but not always. If I am unable to rearrange the missed session with a ‘make up’ session within the same week, then the session will need to be paid for. Again, this is because I have held the time for you and have a set number of sessions per week that I can work. The sooner that you can let me know about any scheduled session that you will miss, the better for us both, as there is more chance that we will be able to find an alternative time.
Exceptions: There will be no fee in the following circumstances:
- You are ill, or are required to assist a close family member who is ill or otherwise in acute need of help.
- Some other untoward situation occurs which makes attendance impossible or unreasonable (e.g. a car accident). This does not include more mundane or commonplace ‘emergencies’ at work or home.
